What is usm.tools?

usm.tools is a comprehensive approach for service modeling:

• It uses USM, which is based on methodological and systematic approach to Enterprise Service Management
• As compared to word processor (such as Word) templates, your data is structured and you can see your data from multiple dimensions and access it through APIs
• As major part of standards and frameworks, such as ITIL or various ISO standards is related to management systems and processes, staying compliant and certifying those processes becomes much easier

The site is currently not open to public. We are in private pilot phase, experimenting the tool with certain interest groups.
