What is USM BPM Tool?

It is a new kind of Business Process Modeling tool. Some differences to existing tools:

• It uses USM, which is based on methodical and systematic approach to Enterprise Service Management
• As compared to word processor (such as Word) templates, your data is structured and you can access it through APIs
• It will become much cheaper to verify compliance with standards and frameworks, such as ITIL or various ISO standards.

The site is currently not open to public. We are in private pilot phase, experimenting the tool with certain interest groups.
